Advanced Carson Sunrooms & Patios provides residential sunroom and patio construction, enclosure, and remodeling services in Carson, CA and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen room installation, solarium installation, and related design and construction work.
We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion. Accepting an inquiry or providing an estimate does not create an obligation to perform services until a written contract has been signed by both parties.
All estimates provided by Advanced Carson Sunrooms & Patios are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment. Estimates are not binding contracts. A written, signed agreement is required before any work begins.
Pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the initial assessment - for example, if hidden structural issues, code-required upgrades, or unforeseen foundation conditions are discovered once work begins. Any change to scope or price will be communicated to you in writing before additional work proceeds.
All quotes are in U.S. dollars and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.
Project start dates are estimates and are subject to permit approval timelines, weather conditions, and material availability. We will communicate any changes to your schedule as soon as they are known.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits or fees, will be specified in your written contract. Work already completed or materials already ordered may be invoiced separately.
Payment terms for each project are specified in your written contract. In general, we require a deposit at the time of contract signing, with additional payments due at defined project milestones, and a final payment upon satisfactory project completion.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project and the passing of all required city inspections. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in your contract. We reserve the right to stop work on a project if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your written contract. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
Advanced Carson Sunrooms & Patios will apply for required building permits on your behalf as part of the project. Permit fees are the responsibility of the homeowner and will be itemized in your written contract. Work will not begin until all required permits are approved and posted at the job site.
Homeowners are responsible for obtaining any required homeowners association (HOA) approvals before construction begins. We can assist with preparing documentation for HOA review, but final approval is the homeowner's responsibility.
Advanced Carson Sunrooms & Patios warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with applicable building codes. Any specific warranty terms will be set out in your written contract.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, earthquakes, flooding, misuse, or modifications made by anyone other than Advanced Carson Sunrooms & Patiosafter project completion. Material warranties are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturers.
Except as expressly stated in your written contract, all services are provided "as is" without any additional warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Carson Sunrooms & Patios's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages - including loss of use, loss of profit, or loss of data - arising out of or related to our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
